The Project Hi everyone, I am looking for someone with n8n experience to build a specific automation workflow for my e-commerce cross-listing process. I have the entire logic mapped out, I just need someone to build the actual nodes and connect the logic.

The Stack

• n8n
• Google Gemini API (Vision + Text)
• Google Sheets
• Google Drive

The Workflow Requirements

1. Trigger (n8n Web Form): A simple form to upload product photos, input a 'Batch Number', and select targets (Retail vs. Auction).
2. AI Processing: Send the images and data to Gemini API to generate titles, descriptions (Dutch/English), and pricing.
3. Storage & Database:
   • Generate a unique SKU.
   • Auto-create a Google Drive folder named after the SKU, upload the photos, and get a shareable link.
   • Log the SKU, AI texts, and Drive link into a Master Google Sheet (routing to specific tabs based on the Retail/Auction choice).
4. 28-Day Cron Job Loop: A daily schedule trigger that checks the "Date Added" in the Sheet. If an item is older than 28 days and not marked "Sold", change its status to "Needs Action" and send me one consolidated email with all affected items for that day.

Budget & Delivery

• Budget: €100 (Fixed price via PayPal/Crypto/etc. depending on the sub rules).
• Delivery: I am looking for the completed, working .json workflow file that I can import directly into my own self-hosted n8n instance, along with brief instructions on where to paste my API credentials.

The Role I am looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help with manual cross-listing of fashion items, watches, and accessories. You will be responsible for copying data from my master database and listing it on multiple marketplaces.

The Platforms You will list items on:

• Etsy, eBay, Depop, Grailed, Vinted, Vestiaire Collective
• Marktplaats & 2dehands be (Dutch/Belgian platforms - texts provided)

Hours & Compensation

• Time: 3 hours per day.
• Pay: $15 per day ($5/hour).
• Schedule: Daily/Consistent work.

How You Will Work I have a highly organized system ready for you:

1. You will receive access to a Google Sheet containing all Titles, Descriptions, and Prices.
2. Each item has a Google Drive link with the photos ready to go.
3. Your job is to download the photos, copy the text, and manually list the items on the selected platforms.
