Hey everyone! I’m an incoming international (from India) first-year PhD student in Robotics starting at WPI this Fall, and I'm currently looking for housing near campus starting in August.
I’m looking to sign a lease for the entire 2026-2027 academic year, and I'm definitely open to staying for the next couple of years since I'll be around for my PhD.
Budget: Ideally keeping it under $800/month, but I have some flexibility to increase that a bit depending on the location and what amenities are included. Requirements: I don't have too many strict requirements. I am easygoing, tidy, and mostly just need a good place to live.
If anyone has any leads on open rooms, or if you're a fellow student (grad) looking to team up for a place, I’d really appreciate it if you could share or DM me!
Furthermore, if anyone has links to active WhatsApp or Discord groups for WPI off-campus housing/students groups, could you please drop them below?
