Why won't my iPhone 4 Downgrade to iOS 4?

I have an iPhone 4 with the model iPhone 3,1 manufactured in late 2012 which downgrades to iOS 5.0 with no problems, but in Legacy iOS Kit when i try to downgrade it to iOS 4.0, 4.2.1, 4.3.5, etc. it always says Booting from non-nand-device or something like that, then fails and says "Unable to find applenandftl".

When I'm in recovery and Legacy iOS Kit says to put it in dfu mode, after I put it, it says "Cannot find device in WTF mode" and no matter what I do it won't get detected in dfu even in itunes. My other iPhones enter it fine with the same setup.
