Hey everyone. 😔 I don’t want to sound whiny, but I’m just so discouraged. I’m 15 years old and my dream is to create amazing space animation videos, like Kurzgesagt.
I do EVERYTHING myself. ✍️ I write the script, I record the voiceover, and I hand-draw every single frame in a minimalist 2D style. It takes me up to a WEEK of hard work, balancing school and animation, just to make ONE 2-3 minute video.
I was really proud of my latest videos about Artemis II and the deadliest planets, but they only got ~60-90 views after two weeks. 😢 It feels like all that effort went into a black hole. Is it always this hard at the start? How do you guys keep going when you feel like nobody cares?
