EDIT: I missed a 'a' in the title (Best-->Beast). Oh well!

A colleague of mine made me try for the first time some AR glasses today (Viture Pro) and was amazed that a company finally did what was missing to me me in the field, some quality goggles (aluminium) without any fuss : no battery, no app needed, just plain old usb-C (Display port or hdmi would have been awesome but usb-C is the next best thing and is needed for power I guess). The FOV was quite small compared to some VR headset I tested but I guess (wrongly?) it's a limitation of AR glasses.

Now I'm sold on the concept and I'm ready to pull the trigger on some Viture glasses! I see that only the Viture Beast has a better FOV than the pro I've tried and also metal construction, but sadly they come with a camera (behind a sticker still, but it's there and wired) and a microphone which I find intrusive (as no display I have at home or at work have these addons).

My questions :

- (To Viture people) Is there any The Beast SKU available or coming where both the camera and the microphone are absent (bonus point if it's cheaper) for privacy-concious people like me? If not is there any teartown tutorial out there that shows how to remove them?

- If not, does anyone here have recommandations on alternative (1080p battery-less goggles which don't require an app and use a standard cable (DP, HDMI or USB-C) and don't have a camera and mic) from other brands? It could be VR Goggles as long as it's not bulky (compact FPV drones Goggles for example).

Thanks!
