As the title says, I do NOT own the EP All Under Heaven. But the other day when I logged in to play I could select China, Japan, Korea ect. I made a character and have been playing it for the last few days. I've tried updating, reinstalling and verifying the game files but I'm still able to play the pack I do not own. The option to buy the pack is available to me and Steam says it is not in my library so I'm very confused.

I'm also not able to use mods for some reason? I tried moving the game file path from my removable hard drive to my built in PC drive and it still says the game cannot find the path to the mod folder.

What the heck is going on??
