L5-30, 208V?

Hello again,

I'm not sure if this question is weird or not so I'll just have at.

I finally had a chance to buy what I think is the right adapter to use the L5-30 port at this station: Planet Rider | Flagstaff, AZ | EV Station

The outlet in the box definitely has "L5-30" written on it, however PlugShare users report the circuit has been tested at 208ish volts. The adapter I bought is: RIDGID 9 in. 12/3 Heavy Duty Indoor/Outdoor Industrial Job Site Adapter, Orange/Grey HD#112-712 - The Home Depot - which doesn't say L5-30 but does fit.

Anyway: If I plug my GM Dual Level cord with the 5-15 grid cord into this adapter and plug it into this circuit delivering 208v - will it cause problems because the voltage isn't what was being expected or will it, say, allow 12a of 208v?

Hypothetically would it be better to use an older TurboCord or like the DeWalt 16a charger for this?

I'm going to drop by the business again on Friday when it's not 9pm and ask how's best to drop my money in the charger bucket, as what they're asking is "extremely reasonable". I did test the APS ClipperCreek units and with the key I was able to get one to activate and got 7kw out of it. This site isn't busy these days and unlike the train station these spots are almost never ICEd.

Thank you!

Recording Night

With apologies for the dark picture - I fetched a new album I've been meaning to listen through and am doing a listen-and-record on my R909.

VLC to MD-PORT DG2 on Windows does "the trick" and splits tracks automatically, but it's not True Gapless, it's just briefly dropping the signal.
