I am looking into joining the LLM course for Construction Law Online at the University of Law starting in Febuary 27. I would much prefer to do the 12-month full time course but think it may be too much workload with a full-time job and with the aim of sitting my RICS in November 27, so therefore have considered the 24-month part time route.

Has anyone done this course and got any feedback?

Does it seem realistic to be sit my RICS in the November as well as undertaking the course (even if the 24-month part-time) or will this be too much?
