So I’m doing small updates to my ZZW30 and ordered new shifter cables from MonkeyWrenchRacing. I double checked the part number before ordering, but now that they showed up I’m not sure if I’m missing something or if I got sent the wrong cable. The new cable doesn’t seem to match what’s currently on the car. Has anyone run into this before?

When I checked the passenger-side axle, the joints looked different. It makes me wonder whether it’s been replaced. Also, is it true that 2003 and newer CV axles won’t work on a first-revision model, or is that not entirely accurate?
