Hello all! Hope all is well!

Have been trying to reserve a DIM game , however when I try create an account to buy the tickets, it gets blocked on the birthdate (which I need to input)… the app freezes each time (have tried it on another phone, and am over 18y…).

I saw on the DIM website only tickets on that app can be used. (As they don’t accept paper). Is there any other place to get tickets?

Has anyone had this issue / has anyone found a fix ? On iPhone and app has been deleted / redownloaded.
