My sister screamed at me because I gave her the wrong glass (she has behavioral issues, not disabled, fully aware of her actions).
Ever since then my left ear has had tinnitus, constantly ringing. It drives me insane because I love silence and being in quiet spaces.
This post is both a way of getting my feelings of resentment and anger off my chest, but also a shout into the void for advice.
How did you move on from this, if you're in, or were in, a similar situation?
