Should I cut down my crab apple tree?

I bought this house a few years ago that has three apple trees in the front yard. The two on the sides are Cortland apples (I'd like to maintain these) and the one in the center is a crab apple tree.

This is my 3rd year owning these trees and the first year they got scab (I think) because I didn't know they needed to be sprayed and the second I sprayed them as faithfully as I could and they were mostly fine.

There are two reasons I was thinking I may need to cut down the middle tree

  1. The two other trees are both leaning away from it, I assume that means they don't have enough space from it or something?

  2. The crab apple tree seems to be more prone to being infected, or is infected, its covered in these little holes.

I don't care too much about the crab apple tree other than it being pretty and providing a little bit of privacy so if it would better to remove it I'll live.

Any insights are appreciated!!
