According, to the Cumberland Sunday Times my great grandparents got a marriage license in 1933 and married in Barnesboro, PA. However, when I call the Cambria County Clerk of Orphans, they say there is no marriage license. How can check for the marriage license myself?

CONTEXT: I have had a similar problem with this same office. They have said before they did not have my ancestor's First Papers. However, after I found the exact page and volume number, they were able to locate the document.
