It’s pretty common knowledge that Juice signed for $3M and he passed with a $3.3M net worth. But the weirdest part is that half of it was in a $1.5M Miami condo. Like, he rarely ever sung about Miami. While he has so many songs centered around California you could make an album just off songs with California references in the name. And he was renting an LA mansion. Nobody knows what this Miami condo looks like or is even located precisely but we know according to estate documents that he owned it. Do you guys think it was a real estate investment? Or can recall him living in Miami?
