I was trying to talk my IT illiterate mother through reporting a change in her health on her online account, and by doing so clicked on the report a change task on my own account to see how the options appeared.

I now have a ‘to do’ task stating i need to declare health changes, but don’t actually have any to declare. The UC helpline said just ignore it, I didn’t complete any change, and it will ‘drop off’ but it’s almost been a month and it’s still sitting there.

Anyone know whether this is accurate advice or whether I should be doing something else?
