Hello, I have a driver who is new and hasn’t been trained properly on the procedures on how to close the gates but management likes him because he is a very big yes man but doesn’t fully understand sop and other procedures. Today I was told that he was bringing down a pallet down with out any gates. So I how would I approach the situation.
