My parents and I used to go to Coronado every summer and for various reasons haven’t been since 2020. They were planning a trip Memorial Day and wondering how busy the beach (specifically Coronado Beach) would be on a 3-day holiday… also are the impacts of “poo-nami” still relevant? I’ve been seeing news articles about water being inaccessible (which is not an issue if they can just lay on the beach), but is there a smell? Any info from those living there or recently visited would be appreciated!
