I am building a sandbox park in jwe3 and guests are not visiting any other bits of my park other than a small bit at the start. Any help?

I play on pc and i would like to pre order fh6. I am torn over the xbox app or steam. All my other forza games are on the xbox app (fh4, fh5) but the steam version will be easier to launch on my pc handhelds. I also prefer steam. Is there a difference? Will i have the same account on steam version compared to the xbox app? Thanks.
