My wife is a 2x Stroke survivor, the first three years ago, the most recent last month. I'm getting ready to go through the process of helping her apply for SSDI. I hope ya'll can help me answer a few questions before I get started:

The financial department at the hospital suggested using a representative to help the process.

I'm her home caregiver, paid by the state through Medicaid. It is my full-time(and only) job. Is it possible that the extra income will screw up her Medicaid?

I've heard horror stories about it taking multiple years to even get an answer. Is that common?

Thank you in advance.

Hey all, I have a friend who lives in Japan and wants to use audiodramas to help improve her listening comprehension in Japanese. She likes mystery/spooky stuff and scifi/fantasy.
Does anyone have a source for audiodramas in Japanese that I could share with her?
