We've been working on a project to bring a truly personal, oceanic intelligence to our beloved handheld. No Wi-Fi required, 100% local, and fully customizable via simple .txt files. Why did we build KiocclA? Out of necessity. The PSP always lacked a centralized hub for the modern utilities we've packed into this 100KB homebrew.
