I am deciding whether to purchase a etm rtr (however wheels may be to small for me as I am 6ft) or a qronge x7 spark when it releases(however I dont know much about their quality and reputation) and a kooz 72v 8000w (however I dont know if they are good quality either)

What would you guys recommend i do?

I was wondering where I could find a well priced 'cheap' talaria or surron in Europe
