I don’t know if others feel the same, but during endsems here at Amrita CHENNAI, I’ve been seeing a lot of open copying in exam halls.

What’s worse is that in some cases invigilators clearly notice it but don’t do anything.

It honestly feels unfair for people who are actually studying and writing on their own. Since grading is relative, this kind of stuff directly affects everyone else.

I’m not trying to blame anyone specifically

The bigger issue here is fairness. Students who are putting in genuine effort and writing exams honestly end up getting affected

No system can be perfect, but if rules exist, they should be applied equally. Otherwise it just discourages honest work.

Curious to hear what others have experienced.
