This morning I got a call from someone pretending to be a safaricom customer care agent. He called with a personal number so it was easy to spot, anyways I decided to go with it to see what he had to say.

He said my line is registered under two different people and the other person was claiming my number was theirs. What surprised me is he told me you'll receive a message from safaricom confirming that.

What surprised me is that I got a message from safaricom for one of their offers but it was being addressed to the said person. I don't know how they are able to do that but their tricks are getting more sophisticated. So how is it possible for them to do this? Do they have insiders in safaricom?
