5 ft 2, 51kg. Been working out for nearly a year now, but lifting progressively heavy for about 3-4 months. For back, I do lat pull downs, cable rows, dumbbell shrugs. For shoulders, I do overhead press, lateral & forward raises.
Are my shoulders looking too broad? Any tips or exercise recommendations to erase out the back fat and make the muscles more defined? Am doing a mild calorie deficit right now.
Also, i only see this definition under gym lighting, never at home. What's with that?
