200g Shirataki noodles
300g zucchini (finely chopped)
200g chopped tomatoes (Mutti)
5g tomato paste
Soy (instead of salt) and a splash of sriracha for a calorie-cheap boost in taste and spice.
I also added a tiny bit of salsiccia to compliment the tomato sauce.
Cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
This was suprisingly good!
Edit: Wow the picture i took really does this dish dirty, it actually looked pretty good
