Hi!

I have a manuscript with a minor revision due soon. I requested an extension 10 days before the deadline, but I have not yet received any response.

I may not be able to submit by the original deadline without rushing the revision. Does anyone know how common it is for the submission portal to remain open after the deadline?

In hindsight, I should have asked earlier, but I was too optimistic about how quickly I could complete the revision.

Any experience or advice appreciated!
