Got fired twice in two months
2 dsps. Same warehouse. Admittedly my first position I was late multiple times and was terminated. Got another one. Went through training. Good pace. No violations. First day alone and I pulled up too far on a yellow because I noticed it late but I know I stopped. I wasn’t blocking the intersection but I was pulled up too far. Flagged as a red. Had to RTS and was sent home. I was told it would be a suspension then get a call from HR saying I clearly ran the whole light and since it was a serious violation I was being terminated. I asked if they could review again because I know I stopped but they insisted I ran right through it. When I went in to get my last check no higher ups were around for me to ask to see the video. The delivery associate position is terrible only do this job if you have to pay bills temporarily
