Hey everyone. My European region case number becomes current in July 2026. I am inside the US and planning to file I-485 for Adjustment of Status.

I know about the USCIS AOS pause that started in December. I am trying to understand what other DV-2026 winners in the same situation have actually been doing since then.

- Are you waiting to file until the pause lifts?

- Did anyone file anyway and what happened?

- How are you timing the medical exam (I-693) given the uncertainty?

- Are you working with an attorney or going DIY?

- What sources are you monitoring for pause updates?

September 30 deadline is real and I want to make sure I am not missing anything. Any experience or advice appreciated.
