I need to develop and (MOST IMPORTANTLY) publish my crypto app in the AppStore. The functionality is lightweight.

I need to develop and, most importantly, PUBLISH an extension to the web store. I need experienced people. The extension itself is very lightweight, but publishing is difficult. I need to find a way to bypass the rules, as the name and functionality may violate them. Good pay.
