I am going to be applying for the GTV in literature soon, and am looking at putting together my evidence. Currently, I have books being sold across five different platforms. Soon to be six. In order to not have all of my evidence slots be taken up by sales figures, is it possible to take the screenshots from numerous sales platforms and to combine them into just one or two pieces of evidence, being "Total sales figures"? Similarly, would my adding in unified charts, country lists, revenues, etc. be acceptable to make the numbers more easy to ready? Or do the Arts Council want to see minimal editing on my end and just get the raw data wherever possible?
