A lot of video sites will have automatic redirects to ads. Prior to the 2026 April Firestick release with the old Silk a screen would pop up to ask if you want to stay or be redirected. This feature is now GONE from Silk which leaves users STUCK BEING REDIRECTED.

To whoever is in charge of the Silk browser at Amazon in 2026: Please add the ability to stop site redirects in the broswer just like you could before. The old system is fine where the box pops up and you click stay or leave. PLEASE bring this back and fix this. Otherwise we get stuck in infinity loops and popups that we can't get out of!
