A few months ago i was just scrolling reddit and stumbled onto r/MedSpa.
there was a thread where an owner was frustrated, spending $2k/month on ads, leads coming in but the calendar was still half empty. i thought it was just her situation. then i read the comments. 40 replies. all saying something similar.
that got me curious.
i spent the next few weeks just researching. reading threads, trying to understand where the leads were actually disappearing and it kept coming back to the same thing, nobody was replying fast enough. someone fills a form at 8pm, gets a call back next morning, already booked somewhere else by then. lead gone. money wasted and the owner blames the ads.
the ads were fine. the follow up was broken. honestly the whole thing is pretty simple. we always overcomplicate side hustles but the best ones are just finding a real problem and fixing it. that's it. find the pain, build the fix, charge for your time.
