A few months ago i was just scrolling reddit and stumbled onto r/MedSpa.

there was a thread where an owner was frustrated, spending $2k/month on ads, leads coming in but the calendar was still half empty. i thought it was just her situation. then i read the comments. 40 replies. all saying something similar.
that got me curious.

i spent the next few weeks just researching. reading threads, trying to understand where the leads were actually disappearing and it kept coming back to the same thing, nobody was replying fast enough. someone fills a form at 8pm, gets a call back next morning, already booked somewhere else by then. lead gone. money wasted and the owner blames the ads.

the ads were fine. the follow up was broken. So i decided to search on ways to fix that. i learned a tool called GoHighLevel, built a system that auto texts leads within 60 seconds of any inquiry, follows up over 5 days if they don't book and sends reminders before appointments so people actually show up.the software runs me $297/month but i can manage unlimited clients on it so the more clients i add the more the cost gets diluted.

The owners don't have time to set it up, write all the messages, connect everything and manage it month to month. that's what i do.
landed my first client. their no-show rate dropped almost in half. no new ads. same leads, just stopped losing them.

charging $800/month. building toward 5 clients. all remote, just me, no office.
honestly the whole thing is pretty simple. we always overcomplicate side hustles but the best ones are just finding a real problem and fixing it. that's it. find the pain, build the fix, charge for your time.

whole thing started from one reddit thread
