Ukraine, and more recently Russia (admittedly with a lot of caveats, but still), currently have by far the strongest and most diverse far-right scene in Europe in OTL (and even more so in TFR)—perhaps even in the world.

Consequently, these countries will be very important sources of volunteers and allies for most far-right groups during the Second American Civil War.

The topic of international volunteers, like so much else in terms of narrative, is rather poorly covered in the game. So, let's think about it.
