What makes a sound signature "good"? (in your opinion)
SO, I would not consider myself an audiophile by any metric. I like music and it is fun to find new ways of listening to the same playlists and having a noticeably different experience (not better or worse per se). But, over the years I've noticed I keep going back to the IEMs which are not necessarily "the best".
I'll take the example of Kotori Audio's Vampire. It is great for vocals, good mid-bass, and the treble is very smooth. On the other hand, there is a lack of micro-detailing, the sub-bass is kinda meh, and reaches congestion very easily. It is pretty good for acoustic songs, jazz, R&B, but, I really do enjoy using it for a lot of low bpm pop, lo-fi hip hop etc.
So, I was curious what your experience has been like with the IEMs you've tried and found a way to enjoy whatever music you are into.
