Three Valid Setups, One Trade: How Do You Decide?
You have three setups A B and C. All three are on the daily timeframe and are trading above the 10 20 and 50 EMAs. In other words they are all technically valid bullish structures.
Now assume all three are on your watchlist at the same time but you are only allowed to take one trade. Which one do you choose.
There is no correct answer here. This is a decision making exercise not a prediction exercise.
In strong markets this situation is common. You will often have multiple valid setups competing for limited capital. The constraint is not opportunity it is selection.
So the real question is not what do you buy but what criteria do you use to rank them when all of them are technically acceptable.
Is it relative strength vs market index, volume expansion, pullback quality, catalyst or sector momentum, risk structure stop distance invalidation clarity, or follow through probability based on prior behavior.
Pick one setup A B or C. Then explain your reasoning in detail not just the outcome but the decision process behind it.
