I got stuck in a plateau and then got sick resulting me dropping like 20 pounds on most of my lifts. I changed my training to higher reps and on most lifts and have gotten back to where I was, even hitting a couple small prs on triceps and legs. However for some reason no matter what I do I cannot progress even back to where I was on my presses. I could overhead press the 60’s for 4, now I can barely do the 55’s for 1. On flat bench I’ve gone from repping 175 to 3-4 to being not able to do 155 for 5. I’ve been stuck here for a couple months, any advice would be appreciated.
