Has anyone used Accutane and Tretinoin together?
This is my 2nd round of Accutane. I hit my cumulative dosage a few months ago. I’ve been on a year now and I still get cysts occasionally, pimples and I have a full nose of blackheads. My skincare is approved by 3 different dermatologist, my hormones are fine, I don’t have any deficiency in terms of vitamins, liver is ok, bloods are ok, I take Accutane with min of 20g of fat, I drink plenty of water, I do everything right basically. I still have acne. All those 3 dermatologists don’t know why. I was told to microdose Accutane for extra 7 months (4months 20mg and 3 months 10MG) which will bring my total treatment duration to 19 months and total taken dosage to 14,640mg. I’m 49kg mind you.
Can I use lowest strength tretinoin while microdosing Accutane since I’m tired of this shit and I just want clear skin
