Is this pipe insulation asbestos?
House built in 1914, new boiler installed in 1995. US-IL
Moved in 4 weeks ago and got a closer look at this stuff in the basement under the drop ceiling. I will be calling someone to test and remediate if needed, but curious if it's super obvious to you all. Thanks!
