So at this point I’m very familiar with driving in NYC, parking etc.. however I now drive an EV and I need some help!! I’m using all the apps to check, but I think I just need the opinion of someone who’s done it! My hotel has valet & that’s all covered- but where are the charging spots that aren’t inside of a garage or something? With the apps, there is a filter option but it’s still not showing me what im looking for, and google gives me too many incorrect answers mixed in with the correct ones. ALSO- how do I pay? I mean, do I pay to charge AND I pay to park or is it a flat fee for both?
So basically:
We’re staying in Turtle Bay this May. I want to be able to park my car and charge it WITHOUT having to go inside of another building, hopefully just a lot or curbside station? And if you know how they charge based on time/kw that would be super helpful too!! I’m very new to the EV world as you can tell
