PIP- severence
Hi all,
I have been placed into PIP today and to be honest, after 11 years in Operations, ive had my fill of the place.
I recently moved into new role about 6 months ago and didnt hit it off with an external L6 who was hired at the same time as me and I was put into his reporting line. Im an L5 OPS manager btw.
Now today I was informed by another manager that I was placed into PIP due to feedback provided by other L6, who has now left the Business.
its the straw that broke the camels back to be honest, as I feel ive achieved everything I can in Amazon so will now start looking at next steps.
with that, what are people's insights on this PIP plan, what I should be doing to land new role outside Amazon and what type of severence package I could expect.
for context - 11 years in Amz, 5.5 years as L5 Manager, 2 years as L4 Team Manager. BASE - 72K based in IRL
