From what I’ve seen, they literally have ZERO customer service. I tried to reach out 2 times to change my address, didn’t work. Finally fought the residents of my old place to get my order, receive it, and got the wrong order. I’ve reached out 3 times. It’s been over two weeks since receiving my order, no response.

Anybody else have bad experiences? They don’t have a review system, so I’m planning on putting together some sort of beware post for all the bad reviews I’ve seen so far.

I don’t want anybody getting this hyped for something over the course of months, having to jump hurdles to get it, and then not even get what they ordered.
