Would you take 10 billion dollars if it meant that you would attract spiders for the rest of your life?

So here's the scenario: You're offered one big lump sum of 10 billion dollars. No tricks, no tax-related caveats, just $10 billion, all yours, ready to use immediately whenever and however you see fit.

However... You are also informed that immediately upon accepting this offer, spiders will find you absolutely irresistible. All spiders within a 5 mile radius will be able to smell/sense you and will immediately drop whatever they're doing and make a bee-line straight toward you, absolutely driven by an overwhelming need to get on you. They won't always bite, but some of them will, specifically the ones that normally bite people. This drawback will last a lifetime. Even if you manage to spend all the money, the spiders will continue to chase you.
