I’m day 5 post op. The only time I take my binder off is to shower. I feel like I’m retaining water right above my belly button and around my lower back like where my hip bones are. Could it be from my binder being too tight? Is it normal to still be retaining water at this point? I know swelling can last a few months. I was looking flatter up until now 🤦🏼‍♀️
