Started posting couple weeks back averaging 300-400 views - out of no where I was barely getting 30 then 20 then 10 and now 0-5

I’ve scanned account (everything ok ) raised a ticket and told to send a link of a video sent the link 7 times after 2 days back and forth their response Time is awfull

And then they just closed it and said “ every video doesn’t go viral “

I totally get videos don’t blow up all the time but 0 views after 5/6 hours is not normal ??

Any help ??
