Swamp White Oak - Planted too High?

I’m struggling to find the root flare on this swamp white oak I recently planted. Not sure if I uncovered too much?

Black Tupelo Root Flare

This was in a pot and very root bound. I had to remove 70% of the root ball and still couldn’t really tell if I exposed the root flare enough?
