Hey guys,
I’ve got this small setup running that’s been bringing in decent money but it’s still pretty hands on.
My real goal is to shift it toward more passive income by taking on better projects that don’t need me in the trenches all the time.
Right now the hardest part is just finding the right kind of opportunities that actually fit.

Anyone here managed to do something similar? How did good projects usually find you, or what ended up working when you tried to make things less active?

Appreciate any real experiences, good or bad.
