I’ve been kidney stone free for close to 2 years but the pain never left. Went to the doc in December and she did a full work up. Waiting to see her in June. We suspect that I’m dealing with a sneaky stone that won’t fall. Feels like any movement can cause the lower right side of my back to flare, rarely the left upper side. I just had orange juice and it created that unique pain that we know when we have a stone or when you have a kidney stone attack.
What are some foods or drinks that you think cause you pain or discomfort? As well as activities? Thank you!
