Hi all, I’m moving to Quincy soon and looking for apartment recommendations. I’ve been researching places like Nova and The Watson/Nova/WoC area, but I keep seeing comments about noise issues (street noise, bar music, loud neighborhoods, etc.), so I wanted to ask for more recent opinions.

My main priorities are:

1. Quiet environment I care a lot about noise levels — both from neighbors and from outside/street traffic, bars, music, etc.
2. Good pest control I really want to avoid buildings with cockroach or mouse problems.
3. In-unit washer/dryer Must have in-unit laundry, but preferably NOT a 2-in-1 combo washer/dryer. I heard places like One Chestnut Place and Nova may use those.

Budget is flexible depending on the building. I’d really appreciate any recommendations (or warnings) from people currently living in Quincy apartments.
