Please Help Me

I have an iPhone 5C Global on iOS 10.3.4, wich is a Chinese Model, whenever i try to jailbreak it i got the following error: “Unable to load: The internet connection appears to be offline”, i tried changing files in iFile, rejailbreaking, new software and other things, im new on jailbreaking and i think need some help with that

iPhone 5C Chinese model

I got an 5C for R$289, but it is a chinese model, i think this impacts on the jailbreak, i got so many errors on Cydia, like “Internet connection appears to be offline” and /lib/dpkg error, i dont know what to do anymore, maybe i can downgrade it to iOS 9 or 8, what i ahould do with that?
