Feeling at a loss with my degree

I started going back to college when I was 30, been working full time 50+ hours a week which has limited my course work to 2-3 classes per semester. Its taking forever to get through everything but atleast its at a community college where its cheaper than most around and its abet accredited.
That being said, looking into my last couple of classes before transferring to get a batchelor degree, most colleges around are during the day while im at work (not much flexibility in my schedule) and started to look into online courses from accredited colleges. My only worry is that potential employers won't weight that education equally with someone who went on campus to perform theres. Honestly not sure what to do at this point? Kind of my downfall after putting in all this effort, I shouldve been looking at the end plan instead. What do I do now?
